Meet Charles Libris
A former aide to Congressman Bob Sikes, Charles has been a real estate attorney and developer for over 40 years, with projects spanning from Biloxi to the Florida Keys. His more notable developments include the Sabine Yacht & Racquet Club Condominium, Lafitte Cove Subdivision, Biloxi Beach Resort, and Hernando Oaks Golf and Country Club.
With the launch of Olde City Development LLC in 2014, Charles has been a leader in residential development in Pensacola’s downtown urban core. He began by purchasing infill lots and was a pioneer in constructing the cottage-style homes now seen throughout downtown.
When his first three homes on Intendencia Street sold before completion, Charles recognized that downtown Pensacola was on the verge of a renaissance.
Moving forward, he began assembling individual lots into larger groups—starting at C and Government Streets—and continued westward, building over 41 homes in the past six years.

Meet Kevin Fox
Kevin Fox serves as Broker of Record for Olde City Realty, bringing a distinctive combination of real estate expertise, business leadership, property management experience, and investment insight to every transaction. With nearly two decades of sales experience, Kevin has built his career around understanding what motivates people, recognizing opportunities, and creating strategies that produce meaningful results for his clients. Kevin’s experience extends well beyond traditional residential real estate. Through his work in vacation rentals and property management, he has developed an in-depth understanding of income-producing properties, operating expenses, rental performance, and long-term return on investment. This allows him to evaluate real estate from both a sales perspective and an ownership perspective—helping clients understand not only what a property is worth today, but also what it could become with the right strategy. His areas of focus include residential and commercial sales, investment properties, vacation rentals, waterfront real estate, new construction, and development opportunities. Kevin has also been closely involved with projects such as Covington Place Townhomes, a luxury downtown community in Pensacola, giving him valuable experience in the marketing and positioning of distinctive new-development properties. Originally from Atlanta, Kevin made Pensacola his home after attending Georgia State University and has developed a strong appreciation for the communities, lifestyle, and investment opportunities found throughout Northwest Florida. Originally from Belize, Central America, and now calling Pensacola, Florida home, Diana C. Buckley’s connection to real estate began as a teenager working in the industry on the beautiful island of San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, Belize.
After spending nearly 30 years in Houston, Texas, Diana and her family made the move to Pensacola, drawn to the coastal lifestyle, sense of community, and opportunity to live near the water. Having personally experienced a major relocation, Diana understands that choosing a home is about more than the property itself. It is about finding the right community, lifestyle, and place to truly feel at home.

Meet Trace Ryan
Trace is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, where he was a member of the UCF football team from 2014–2018. With family roots in the area dating back to 2000, Trace has developed a strong connection to the community and is proud to call the Gulf Coast home.
Before beginning his career in real estate, Trace has worked in marketing and social media, helping several local businesses grow their brands and connect with the community. He now brings that experience, creativity, and local knowledge to Olde City, where he is excited to build his real estate career in the area he knows and loves.
Outside of work, Trace enjoys spending time with friends, watching sports, and attending live sporting events. A passionate college football fan, he especially enjoys Alabama football and makes it to a few games each season.

Meet Fred Chouinard
Fred was born in Atlanta, Georgia. He is of French Canadian descent. Fred moved to Pensacola with his stepfather and mother in 1980. He grew up in the Bayshore Area and graduated from Pensacola Catholic High School. After high school, he began work in the local construction industry.
After some time, he returned to school to earn his degree in Architect Design & Construction Technology from Pensacola State College, graduating with honors. Fred continued to excel and followed his goal of becoming a real estate agent. He is also the superintendent for Highpointe DBR. This was an exciting opportunity to leverage his knowledge of home building and building meaningful client relationships.
Fred is married to Anya Chouinard and has two daughters: Ginger and Lilyann. He understands the importance of purchasing that perfect home to meet your family's needs. Experience
Scott has been a broker for Olde City Realty (since January 2020). Although new to Olde City, he has been engaged in the Northwest Florida real estate community for most of his life. He is experienced in various real estate areas, including sales, leasing, residential subdivision development, property management, and office manager duties. He has a solid, long-term history of producing many successful sales and leases.
Recent Projects
Most recently managed and sold the development of Mills Lakes Estates in Beulah (late 2022). He is well known for his work on the development team for Nature Trail, the single largest recorded platted community in Escambia County, FL (2007).
Memberships & Associations
Scott is currently a member of the Pensacola Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the HBA of West Florida. Scott has been a licensed broker since 2000 & become a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in 1985.
Hobbies
Scott enjoys golf and is a member of Pensacola Sports, First Tee Gulf, and the USGA in his limited spare time. He is a local graduate of UWF and played college golf at Jeff Davis (Team Captain) & Murray State.
