Meet Linda Liberis - Brown Interiors
Linda Brown Liberis started her company, Brown Interiors, in 2000, after many successful years as a teacher. Now some twenty-plus years later, Brown Interiors has done numerous projects including consulting, and decorating residential homes, offices, condominiums, and townhomes for friends, family and clients all along the gulf coast.
Linda’s latest projects have her working side-by-side with her husband Charles Liberis on many downtown land development projects. Linda’s eye for detail and excellence keeps her involved from developing the plans to determining all the finish features of each home or townhome, and even staging the models.
When Linda is not working on her craft, you can bet she is spending quality time with her six grandkids.
Meet Stephanie Moody
Stephanie came to Olde City in 2021 as the Land Development Assistant. With a background in Real Estate Sales, Rental Management, and construction, she is a perfect fit. Stephanie will usually be your first contact and is always ready to tackle anything that comes her way with a smile and a positive attitude.
Stephanie is a native Floridian from Sarasota. She and her family have been in and around the Real Estate, Construction, and Home Improvement industries most of their lives. Before moving to Pensacola, Stephanie managed her brother's glass company for 17 years in Sarasota. Prior to that, she was a licensed Realtor and managed over 100 rental properties. She has four grown sons, now all successful Realtors in Sarasota, and eight grandchildren.
Stephanie enjoys accompanying her husband, Chaplain Irving Moody, on one of his many weekend jail ministries.
You will most likely find her outside in the dirt whenever she is not at work, working on their landscaping, or in the kitchen baking. And she is never without a good book to squeeze into those quiet moments.

Meet Fred Chouinard
Fred was born in Atlanta, Georgia. He is of French Canadian descent. Fred moved to Pensacola with his stepfather and mother in 1980. He grew up in the Bayshore Area and graduated from Pensacola Catholic High School. After high school, he began work in the local construction industry.
After some time, he returned to school to earn his degree in Architect Design & Construction Technology from Pensacola State College, graduating with honors. Fred continued to excel and followed his goal of becoming a real estate agent. He is also the superintendent for Highpointe DBR. This was an exciting opportunity to leverage his knowledge of home building and building meaningful client relationships.
Fred is married to Anya Chouinard and has two daughters: Ginger and Lilyann. He understands the importance of purchasing that perfect home to meet your family's needs. Experience
Scott has been a broker for Olde City Realty (since January 2020). Although new to Olde City, he has been engaged in the Northwest Florida real estate community for most of his life. He is experienced in various real estate areas, including sales, leasing, residential subdivision development, property management, and office manager duties. He has a solid, long-term history of producing many successful sales and leases.
Recent Projects
Most recently managed and sold the development of Mills Lakes Estates in Beulah (late 2022). He is well known for his work on the development team for Nature Trail, the single largest recorded platted community in Escambia County, FL (2007).
Memberships & Associations
Scott is currently a member of the Pensacola Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the HBA of West Florida. Scott has been a licensed broker since 2000 & become a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in 1985.
Hobbies
Scott enjoys golf and is a member of Pensacola Sports, First Tee Gulf, and the USGA in his limited spare time. He is a local graduate of UWF and played college golf at Jeff Davis (Team Captain) & Murray State.
